Some turntable action from the Great Central Railway winter steam gala on 26 January 2013. BR ex LMS Stanier 8F 2-8-0 gets spun on the 60ft turntable at Quorn and Woodhouse station. I’ve had to make the accompanying photo Black and White as the incorrect Crimson Lake livery is nice but just not correct for an 8F which was a freight loco and should only be in black… Henry Ford had that right!

Never saw the turntable operating, so 10/10 there, DO like the alt livery though!
