Up even earlier this morning to try vismigging from the Mammoth. the wind was still pretty blustery but coming from a SW direction. Plenty of cloud scudding through which at least created some nice sunrise/rainbow pictures, I only had my phone with me so the quality is not the best.
From a birding point of view it was much quieter than yesterday. 66 Swallow was the best count but another Swift keeps that species ticking over. Meadow Pipit passage was negligible with only 2 recorded. A Snipe and 3 Stock Dove heading NE were probably local migrants.
